Tell me what accomplishments you’re most proud of?
I am proud that I have structured our team in a way that every client, no matter what the loan size is, feels as though they are important. We strive to make sure everyone gets custom service and feels their worth within our organization.
What made you decide to be a BankSouth Loan Officer?
It is interesting that I kind of fell into this career with an opportunity that was presented to me about 10 years ago, since that time I have realized that it is certainly my calling. There is more fulfillment in helping people realize homeownership than I could ever imagine.
What makes you different than others in your profession?
My motivation is different than the typical loan officer. I really enjoy helping people and making sure that we have them set up for success when they finance a home. As a team we strive to customize every loan product to every borrower rather than trying fit them in a box.

Everyone on Ryan’s team was incredibly responsive to all of our many questions as first time home buyers. Ryan’s LOA Christina especially made the process so easy for us and was there for us throughout the entire process. She is awesome!

Ryan was awesome! He made the refinance process easier by keeping the communication between all parties going smoothly. He answered our many questions very quickly. The portal that BankSouth uses is very user friendly and made us feel comfortable sending our personal information and documentation. We will definitely use BankSouth again in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Ryan on our recent purchase. He was very prompt in communications and followed-up with us immediately with any questions we had during the entire process. Working with Ryan was fantastic! The whole process was very streamlined and Ryan was there to help me every step of the way! I would highly recommend getting a mortgage with Bank South and working with Ryan!

Pleasure to work with. I’d recommend to anyone. Zillow says I have to add more characters to this review. Not sure if this is enough yet but I Hope this helps. Ryan and Kimberly were great and always available. I’d definitely use them again.

Ryan and his team, specifically Ms. Kimberly, made themselves very available to us during the mortgage loan process. From the beginning Ryan reassured us that we could get the loan to buy the house we wanted, despite an initial low credit score. Ms. Kimberly always emailed AND called about any outstanding paperwork or upcoming deadlines. They made sure we covered all the bases without missing a step. We were very grateful to find Bank South Mortgage and would definitely work with them again. I wear the super soft t-shirt with the Bank South logo Ryan gave us at closing all the time, happy to rep for this team!
